In this issue, there's news of the change of date of the Durban Arts Forum (see back cover). Congratulations to the winners of the FNB Vita regional theatre awards - sad to see so few of them are based in KZN. The Women's Arts Festival happens this month and the Durban Men's Choir celebrates its 25th anniversary. We also wish two Durban ballroom dancers luck in the world championships.

The JPS Jazz festival promises a feast of jazz music in all styles and, with Pieter-maritzburg under an hour's drive away, why not visit the Maritzburg Arts Festival? Local artists get the chance of being represented in the massive ICC Collection and, if the history of movies is your scene, the Magnum Cinema exhibition coming to the Durban Art Gallery is a must.
