DUET TO ME
Running in the Playhouse Cellar is Duet to Me One More Time. The production is memorable for the introduction to the Durban scene of Sarah Theron, a singer of fine voice and versatility.

Francois Theron (no relation), the other member of the cast is a capable foil for Sarah but was seen to better advantage in the Joburg Follies productions. Musical director Norraine Swanby provides the accompaniment on piano.
The show is a farcical musical of popular duets and, although presented by Kevin Feather, Duet to Me One More Time lacks the control and sophistication of a Feather production. Directed by De Wet Wraight it features a strong and highly-musical first half while the second tends to run to slapstick. However, if send-up is your scene, then this show is for you!
